Sources Unlimited will be consolidating your order in Italy and deliver it up to your doorstep. All the expenses and taxes except vat from the company in Italy up to your doorstep will be borne by us.

Please refer to the below mentioned terms and conditions:

1. All orders will be placed only after we receive a signed copy of the Pro forma invoice from the client; it is the client’s responsibility.
2. Amendments in confirmed Pro-forma will be possible only on the company’s discretion and Sources Unlimited will not be responsible if the amendments are not possible or any extra charges levied by the company to make the requested amendments.
3. All orders will be treated confirmed only after the receipt advance payment.
4. Payment terms are: 50% amount payable at the time of order placement, 40% amount payable when goods are ready ex-factory and 10% amount payable before home delivery or within 7 days of the shipment reaching the port whichever is earlier. Order value below 10 lakhs INR is subject to 100% advance.
5. Sources Unlimited will charge 10% Service fee on the Ex-works amount in case the client wishes to import the material themselves. Payment terms for an Ex-works order will be: 50% amount payable at the time of order placement, 50% amount payable when goods are ready ex-factory.
6. Orders once processed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
7. Quotes exclusive of all taxes. GST will be as per actuals. Furniture 18%, lights 18% and accessories 12% or 18% whichever will be applicable. In case of an Ex-works order the quotes will be exclusive of all taxes.
8. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of generation.
9. The Currency exchange rate for INR shall be calculated as per the current euro rate during the actual payments made.
10. Delivery Schedule is given by the companies and if there is any change or delay in that schedule by the producer. Sources Unlimited will not be taking responsibility for the same.
11. Delivery Schedules may also vary due to shipping delays which are not in our control. Air shipment will be subject to the proximity of the company to the Airport and subject to Airlines schedules or delays.
12. Goods will have to be inspected within 2 working days of delivery as we will not be responsible for any breakage or damage after that.
13. Warehousing Charges will be applied if delivery is not taken within 7 days after custom clearance and the goods will not be insured post this date.
14. Delivery by crane due to small staircase or a smaller opening to the house will be charged extra and we will not take any responsibility for damages during such deliveries.
15. Any other damage or mistakes in the order will be replaced or compensated by us.
16. The images in the document are for reference purpose and not necessarily a representation of the finish selected. In cases of natural products, the finishes would be as per the natural product finish availability and not as per the images.
